After an out of state Transfer), they help me with inspection and tire replacement. Pricing competitive and the service was done quickly. The business has a waiting room and the staff was prompt on answering my questions. I would return again. The best thing is that they were able to book me with very short notice so this was great.

I had been going here for years, even when AutoWorx took over. Don was great to deal with and I truly felt respected as a customer. However, that was AAAMCO and while Don was still there at the front I still felt it was the same shop. Don left a few months ago and now it's fully AutoWorx. Allow me to elaborate: $150 estimate to diagnose the check engine light. Just diagnose. I declined their offer and scanned it myself. P0442 which relates to emissions controls. Had they told me it would $150 to diagnose this issue I probably would have accepted. But it seems by policy they chose to paywall the issue and keep the customer guessing. Don was always upfront. I don't doubt the mechanical crew's technical abilities but I don't want to go to a shop where upper management policy treats the customer like a goober.

I brought my car in because it was making a clunking noise, and the team walked me through the entire process. I really appreciated that, after dropping off my vehicle, all of the updates were sent through their text/web system. It gave me time to review the photos and read through the explanation of the issue at my own pace, which was much easier for me than trying to understand everything over the phone. The whole experience was incredibly easy and efficient. The repair was completed the same day, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

June 2026: I was going on a trip in a few days and suddenly popped up the oil change warning on my odyssey. If I was staying near home I might have another 1000 miles, but since I was going further than that, I wanted to get it before my trip. I call, they answer sure, we will get it done for you today quickly. I drop by, set in the very nice sitting area with a VERY comfortable chair, first time, normally I UBER home, and 40 minutes later I am ready to go. Can't ask for better than these people! Aug 2026: My wife's van needed to have it's brakes repaired, Alternator replaced, and valve cover gasket replaced. They did it in about 2 days. I checked the overall pricing for this area and found they were average on brakes, 2/3rds in the range for alternator repair, and just under average for the gasket repair. On my last van my alternator died just in the warranty period for there replacement and I did not pay for parts or labor, just fixed, so I am happy overall with their work.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Great leveraging of technology, AI bot after i made my reservation online. Diagnosis text with pics and a detailed description of the resolution and paid via the same text. I received several calls to keep me in the loop and make sure I was informed. Was quoted a price and things changed to make the repair lower than what was quoted. They could have just kept the cost the same and I would have never known. One of the best garage experience for me! Thanks
